Led the UX/UI for 18 months, contract renewed 6 times. Delivered end-to-end journey design, reduced bounce rate across the ecom platform, mentored juniors and evangelised UX principles. Significantly involved in new business customer site providing a full UX/UI process contributing to 60% growth in 6 months.

Lead UX on multiple projects working with a multidisciplinary team, key stakeholders and C-Suite. Took one project from 0 -> 1 through full UX process including user interviews, competitor analysis, testing and clickable prototypes. Product now used by teams across 90 countries within Mindshare.

Responsible for the user experience across the Yell digital landscape. Led the UX team in the creation of a marketplace involving a conversational commerce chatbot to enable customers to contact businesses leading to significant traffic and revenue flowing through the platform.
